After years of collaborating in higher education, we realized that the work we enjoyed most wasn't simply helping people land jobs, it was creating the space for meaningful conversations, thoughtful reflection, and intentional growth.

Better Together began as an experiment: a way to combine our complementary strengths and explore new ways of supporting both individuals and institutions.

Stephanie Turner
Stephanie Turner
Stephanie brings extensive experience in career services, employer engagement, and organizational leadership. Throughout her career, she has built strong partnerships between employers and students while helping institutions strengthen their career development strategies. She currently serves as Associate Director, Career Services at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, where she supports MBA students and leads initiatives that connect talent, employers, and opportunity.
With a background in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Stephanie takes a human-centered and strategic approach to career development. She loves turning ideas into action and helping organizations create experiences that better serve the people at the center of their work.

Larissa Pyer
Larissa is passionate about helping people navigate work and life with greater intention. With a background spanning career services, coaching, and student development, she currently serves as Director of Tuck Compass at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, where she leads initiatives that help MBA students make the most of their experience through reflection, coaching, and purposeful planning.
She is especially interested in curiosity, meaningful conversation, and designing spaces where people feel safe and supported in exploring life's biggest questions.
